That’s the crazy idea behind Dale Undercover, born from hundreds of hours of videos taped by Dale himself, a minister and policeman who has spent almost 20 years undercover amongst the greatest criminals at night, and in front of students for Bible studies during the day. A personal and unprecedented look at Washington in the 80’s and 90’s, then the heart of American crime.
