Tom Ellis: Lucifer Morningstar's confessions

The terrific actor behind Lucifer Morningstar, whose sixth and last season just came out on Netflix, gave us some of his time to talk about the hit series, his relationship with the audience, and his future projects in which we cannot wait to see him!

Tom Ellis was recently honoured with the ‘Pop Culture Icon’ Award at this year’s Hollywood Critics Association Television Awards. He was also nominated for ‘Best Actor in a Streaming Series’ for his performance as the titular and beloved character of ‘Lucifer Morningstar’ in Lucifer which has returned for the sixth and final ever series on Netflix. He was also nominated as ‘Best Actor’ and ‘Best Villain’ at this year’s inaugural Critics Choice Super Awards, as well as for a Golden Nymph Award as Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series at the Monte Carlo TV Festival for his role in Miranda. He also took on the title role in the acclaimed US series Rush, playing renegade physician ‘Dr William Rush’, a morally ambigious doctor for hire. He recently starred in the Netflix hit Isn't It Romantic with Rebel Wilson and has taken on roles in The Strain and Family Guy as well as BAFTA winning series The Fades. He is currently filming a leading role in Player, a romantic comedy from Netflix co-starring Gina Rodriguez (Jane The Virgin) and Damon Wayans Jr (Happing Endings).
