CANNESERIES IN SOUTH KOREA

K-Fiction is taking on an increasingly prominent role in our programming, reflecting the power of the Korean cultural wave.

Since Season 5, Korean series have regularly been spotlighted at CANNESERIES. This year, for the first time, the Festival was invited to present 9 series from its Official Selection – Season 8 – at the 19th edition of the Busan Content Market, held from May 28 to 30 

The lineup featured screenings of: Dead End, Nepobaby — which won both the Special Interpretation Award and Best Screenplay at CANNESERIES — Reykjavik Fusion, Malditos, and S Line, recipient of the Best Music Award (starring Arin, Lee Soo-hyuk, Lee Da-hee), as well as Hunter with a Scalpel (Park Ju-hyun), Fasting Love (Cho Hye-jung, Lee Sae-on), Nursery Rhyme Horror Story (Hong Soo-Hyun), and Doubt.
