François Descraques

Whether it’s TV shows, commercials, musical comedy, short films, series or web series, novels or feature films: François Descraques, director, screenwriter, producer, actor and author will share his experience of the world of series with the public.

Creator, screenwriter and director François Descraques made a name for himself in 2009 with the successful web-series Le Visiteur du Futur that had a 4-season run plus two comic adaptations, one novel and more than 43 million web views. In parallel, he worked on various projects, including the sketch show The Golden Show in 2011, with Monsieur Poulpe and Davy Mourier, and the series Les Opérateurs in 2012, as well as the musical Rock Macabre. In 2016, he co-created, co-wrote and directed the fantastic series Dead Landes (selected at the La Rochelle Festival) for France 4, as well as its web spin-off Dead Floor. His short film, Le Roi des Cons aired in 2017 on CANAL +. The same year, he published 3ème Droite, his first solo novel, with French editor Flammarion. He recently wrote and directed two episodes of the horror anthology series Dark Stories which will be released in the fall of 2019, and is currently developing several feature films as well as a series with Ninja et Associés for CANAL +.
